Welcome to ReelPilot. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using ReelPilot, you grant our platform permission to publish content to your social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) on your behalf and according to your instructions, using each platform's official APIs.

2. Description of Service

ReelPilot is a social media content management and scheduling platform that allows you to:

Schedule and automatically publish short-form videos across multiple platforms
Manage multiple brand accounts from a centralized dashboard
Organize your publishing content calendar
Publish to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Posts

You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through ReelPilot.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

YouTube (Google)

We use official YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ReelPilot's access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

TikTok

We use the official TikTok API to publish videos. By connecting your account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. We do not store your TikTok password. You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

Facebook

We use the Meta API to publish to your Facebook Pages or profiles. By connecting your account, you agree to the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked anytime via your Facebook security settings.

Instagram

We use the Instagram (Meta) API to publish Instagram Reels. By connecting your account, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use. You can revoke access from your Instagram app settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring your content complies with the community guidelines and policies of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Meta)
Not publishing illegal, infringing, offensive, or unauthorized content
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ReelPilot account credentials
All content scheduled and published through your account

5. Limitation of Liability

ReelPilot is not responsible for:

API changes, downtimes, or restrictions imposed by YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram
Content scheduled or published by error by the user
Service interruptions on third-party networks

6. Termination

You may stop using ReelPilot and request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant updates will be communicated through our application or via email.
