ReelPilot ("we", "our application") is an automated social media content scheduling and publishing platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

We collect the minimum information required to deliver our services:

Email address (to identify your account)
OAuth access tokens for YouTube API (to publish videos on your behalf)
OAuth access tokens for TikTok API (to publish videos on your behalf)
OAuth access tokens for Instagram / Facebook API (to publish posts on your behalf)
Video content uploaded for scheduling and publishing
Post metadata (title, description, scheduled publishing date)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

Authenticate your identity and manage your account
Schedule and publish videos to YouTube Shorts according to your instructions
Schedule and publish videos to TikTok according to your instructions
Schedule and publish videos to Instagram Reels and Facebook according to your instructions
Provide you with content management and analytics tools

We do not sell, share, or use your private data for advertising purposes.

3. Use of YouTube API Services

ReelPilot uses YouTube API Services to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information accessed from your YouTube account includes:

Channel name and basic identifier data
Permissions to upload videos (scope: youtube.upload)

You can revoke ReelPilot's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.

Use of data received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Use of TikTok API

ReelPilot uses the official TikTok API to publish videos. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.

5. Use of Facebook & Instagram API

ReelPilot uses the Meta API to publish to Instagram and Facebook. By connecting your account, you agree to the Meta Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored in encrypted databases. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not share your private data with third parties, except with the respective social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta) when publishing content on your behalf.

7. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

Delete your account and all associated data at any time
Revoke ReelPilot's YouTube permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions
Revoke TikTok access via TikTok app privacy settings
Revoke Meta/Instagram access via Meta security settings
Request a copy of your personal data

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256), to protect your personal information.

9. Policy Changes

We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy through our application or via email.
